All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping is not available.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Juicebabii, every product is made with love and intention — which is why all sales are final. Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@juicebabiii.com with your:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and gladly issue a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
